Last time I was here, it was Bobby who was sitting on top of Poppa's shoulder. Now Nat follows in his uncles footsteps.
The Egyptian soldiers were incredibly friendly to Nathaniel, greeting him whenever he passed one on a streetcorner, blowing their whistles for him. This one took a shine to Nat at the pyramids and insisted that we take a photo with him.

Nathaniel loved Egypt ... as much sand as he could possibly play with. He managed to get down and dirty at the Maadi club and at two different historical sites. He slept Sphinx visit though.
Here is Nathaniel, helping me pack away our stuff to head off to Egypt. Amazingly he was a dream for me on the plane trip out, when it was just he and I. The trip back was a different matter altogether...
